- Enquiries: when you use our contact form, email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation and message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the website secure and working.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you ask for (our legitimate interest, or steps you ask us to take before a contract).
- To provide services you buy from us (performance of a contract).
- To keep the website secure (our legitimate interest).
We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as email and hosting. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which keeps a copy of each submission for up to 30 days. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and ask for a copy of data you gave us.
