Financial crime intelligence
Every decision. Clearly evidenced.
Indelible brings customer due diligence, screening, transaction monitoring, fraud decisions, investigations and regulatory filing into one workspace for Nigerian regulated financial institutions, and keeps the evidence behind every decision.
The challenge
Financial-crime controls are only as strong as the evidence behind them
Controls live in separate tools
Due diligence, screening, monitoring and case work sit in different systems and spreadsheets, so nobody sees the whole customer.
Alerts arrive without reasons
A score with no explanation is hard to investigate, hard to tune and hard to defend to an auditor or examiner.
Evidence takes weeks to assemble
When someone asks what happened and why, the answer is spread across emails, exports and memory.
One control environment
From onboarding to filing, connected
Each capability shares the same customer view, the same decision record and the same evidence trail.
Customer due diligence
CDD and KYC orchestration through your contracted identity partners, with risk rating and enhanced due diligence workflows.
Sanctions, PEP and watchlist screening
Onboarding and population rescreening, with name matching tuned for Nigerian names and controlled suppression.
Transaction and agent monitoring
Rules and customer profiles across channels and agent networks, with historical replay before any rule goes live.
Fraud decisioning
Synchronous decisions for connected channels, with clearly defined responses and bounded holds.
Case management
Alerts grouped into cases, assignment, investigation notes, attachments and quality review in one desk.
Regulatory filing
goAML-ready XML prepared from the case. Your MLRO decides and submits; Indelible records every step.
Management packs and risk appetite
Board and executive reporting on coverage, alerts, cases and approved risk appetite.
Conformance workspace
Obligation catalogue, gap register and evidence register to track your programme against cited requirements.
Verifiable evidence
Decisions, actions and configuration changes leave records that can be checked later, independently.
What Indelible stands for
Explainable, traceable, durable
Financial-crime control should make every decision explainable, every action traceable and every record durable, while each institution keeps control of its data, keys and accountability.
Clear decisions
People can see why the platform produced an outcome, and which facts and control versions informed it.
Durable evidence
Decisions, actions and configuration changes leave a record that can be verified independently.
Institutional control
Bank data stays under the institution’s control, on its own infrastructure, with its own keys.
Accountable operation
Indelible supports institutional judgement and governance. It never replaces the institution’s responsibility.
Settled design rules
How every decision is made
01
Every score carries its reasons
No decision is returned without a machine-readable breakdown of what contributed and by how much.
02
No silent rewrite
A correction is a new linked record, never an overwrite.
03
Deterministic before statistical
Any stored decision can be reproduced exactly from the stored event, profile snapshot and rule versions.
04
Safe by default
A new rule observes first, then alerts, and only enforces after maker–checker approval.
Your data stays in Nigeria, on your infrastructure
Indelible is deployed as a dedicated environment on infrastructure your institution controls. Administration and data planes are separated, signing and encryption use your keys, and offline activation is available for disconnected environments.
- No bank operational data on vendor systems
- External services connected through tested adapters
- Data completeness reported as a control, not assumed
- A clear exit path: your cases, evidence and configuration stay yours

Follows a successful design-partner programme
Important: Indelible supports an institution’s own financial-crime compliance programme. It does not hold or imply approval, endorsement or certification by any regulator, and it does not replace the institution’s legal responsibilities. Compliance is assessed at the institution. Identity checks, payment rails and screening data are supplied through disclosed partners.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can’t find what you need? Ask us directly.
Where is our data hosted?
On infrastructure your institution controls, in Nigeria. Flexschool hosts only administration metadata; no transaction, customer, case, filing or backup data leaves your environment.
Does Indelible replace our current AML system?
Not at the start. The design-partner release runs alongside your existing controls so you can compare results on your own data before any transition is planned.
Is Indelible approved by a regulator?
No regulator approves software of this kind, and we make no claim of approval or certification. Indelible is designed against cited Nigerian requirements with traceability, and compliance is assessed at your institution.
Which systems does it connect to?
Core banking, channels, identity and screening data providers, and filing channels, through adapters that are tested against agreed contracts. We confirm the integration plan during discovery.
How is Indelible priced?
It depends on the modules, transaction volume, deployment model and integrations. We agree pricing after discovery, and third-party data costs are shown separately.
How do we become a design partner?
Contact us to arrange a briefing. A design partnership needs named owners for compliance, technology and procurement, an agreed data set and an evaluation period.
